I’m a California–based massage therapist combining the precision of Western clinical methods with the holistic wisdom of Eastern practices. This fusion allows me to craft sessions that are as unique as the people I work with.
My approach to bodywork is centered on recovery, improved mobility, and long-term quality of life. Each session focuses on increasing range of motion, improving posture, and helping clients manage or reduce chronic pain. I take a holistic approach, considering the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence how the body feels and functions. Rather than following a routine, I draw from the many techniques and modalities I’ve learned from my teachers and mentors to create a session tailored specifically to you. Every appointment is customized in real time based on what your body needs that day.
Zenflo Massage Therapy offers a blend of Western and Eastern bodywork techniques designed to relieve tension, reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall wellness.
Western modalities such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point therapy focus on releasing chronic muscle tension and restoring proper movement, while Swedish massage promotes relaxation and circulation. Hot Stone therapy and Cryotherapy further support recovery by soothing sore muscles and reducing inflammation.
Complementing these methods, Eastern techniques such as Thai massage and Shiatsu use rhythmic pressure and assisted stretching to improve flexibility and encourage healthy energy flow. Energy work, Jin Shin, and Reflexology stimulate the body’s natural healing responses through specific energy pathways and pressure points, creating a balanced approach that supports both therapeutic recovery and deep relaxation.
Andrew Maynard’s journey into massage therapy began through his background in dance. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from Utah Tech University in 2019, he developed a deep appreciation for how movement, recovery, and body awareness work together. His experience as a performer gives him a unique understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, especially for athletes and artists. This perspective inspires Andrew to help clients move better, recover faster, and feel more connected to their bodies.
In February 2026, Andrew graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Ontario, California, where he completed 800 hours of comprehensive training in massage therapy. During his time at NHI, he demonstrated strong knowledge and dedication to the field and was selected to work as a student tutor. His education provided a strong foundation in both Eastern and Western massage techniques, allowing him to approach bodywork with a balanced and therapeutic perspective.
Andrew gained hands-on experience through externships at sports massage clinics, mobile massage practices, and numerous sporting events. He holds certification through the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) and has additional training in Sports Massage and Trauma-Informed Massage Therapy. His professional experience includes working as a mobile massage therapist and contributing to a Functional Restoration Program focused on wellness, rehabilitation, and recovery.

Disrobing is up to the client’s comfort level. If you do decide to disrobe, you will be properly draped at all times so nothing too revealing is exposed.
Yes. I do not have a personal office, so the sessions always take place at the client’s residence.
I have training in hot stones, cryo therapy, and aroma therapy. I do not charge extra add-ons for the use of equipment. If you would like to experience one of these, you can mention it before we begin the session. I will only charge extra if we extend the time.
If you need to cancel, it must be within 24 hours. If it is less than 24 hours, it is a $15 charge.
